Cases in which the site has the right to cancel the request:
- If the order contains additional products that are not shown.
- If the customer's address is specified for a region outside the delivery area.
- In case the stock runs out immediately.
- In the event that it is confirmed that the order cannot be executed or delivered for reasons beyond our control, the site reserves the right to cancel any order after acceptance and receipt of the confirmation message.
Cases in which the customer has the right to cancel the order because of:
- The customer has the right to cancel the order within a maximum of (5) minutes of submitting it on our website.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds the delivery time specified by the site, and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer’s account.
- The customer will be notified immediately of any cancellation mentioned in his request.
