Return Policy

Before returning any product, please send a message containing the order number and the products you wish to exchange to one of the addresses listed on the Contact Us page.


The return policy will be subject to the following points:

  • Please make sure that the products you wish to return or exchange have not been used, used or damaged products are not returned in their original packaging.
  • Gift wrapping will not be returned and we will not be able to receive it as returned merchandise.
  • After the products arrive at the store premises, we will make sure that they are safe from any defects or use.
  • Products excluded from returns: roses, bouquets, and every product that contains roses or natural herbs and greeting cards (and any product that is perishable or has a short shelf life), in addition to shipping or delivery fees.
  • You may return products - except for the exceptions above - within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The electronic balance or return transfer will be sent within 7 working days after receiving the products according to our payment policy, on the prepayment page.
  • In the event that the request was sent, whether to the customer directly or to the recipient, and it was canceled before receiving the request, the request must be returned to us before refunding the amount due.
  • We will contact you to determine the earliest and most appropriate date for sending our representative to receive the products from the customer.
  • The return service is provided free of charge and without any additional fees to the customer.
  • In the event that the order was not received because the recipient or sender did not respond with the shipping company or our representative or with us for more than 7 days from the date of shipping the order, we have the right not to return the value of the order.
